Pascal Pettinicchio

Pascal Pettinicchio is an experienced leader in the technology and business development sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of AI Agents at Zendesk since May 2019. Previously, Pascal held various roles at Zendesk, including Vice President of AI Agents and Alliances, and Senior Director of Go-To-Market for Sunshine Conversations. Before joining Zendesk, Pascal was the Chief Business Development Officer at Zendesk Sunshine Conversations and worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Associate. Additional experience includes a brief tenure in sales management at Google and as a Sales Engineer at ENERCON Canada Inc.
