Rachel Keaney

Rachel Keaney is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Office of the President and CRO at Zendesk since January 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Zendesk, including Director of Corporate Program Management and Senior Manager of Sales & CX Program Management and Business Operations.
