Roy Tay

Roy Tay is currently the Head of Sales Strategy, Operations, and Enablement for Asia Pacific & Japan at Zendesk, where they lead the Strategy and Operations function across the region. Previous roles include Head of Sales Strategy and Operations for Prisma at Palo Alto Networks, where they built up the JAPAC Prisma Sales Operations function and achieved significant growth. Roy has also held various leadership positions at SAP, Symantec, F5, and Software AG, contributing to significant deal successes and operational improvements. They are pursuing a degree in Science, Computing (Business Systems) at Monash University while holding multiple SAP certifications.
