Travers McInerney

Travers McInerney is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management, software development, and project leadership, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Zendesk since April 2013. McInerney has led teams responsible for core components of the Zendesk Sunshine Platform and has played crucial roles in various capacities within the API Platform, including Technical Lead and Project Lead, overseeing significant projects such as the API Dashboard and Zendesk Developer Portal. Prior to Zendesk, McInerney worked as an Independent Contractor and held positions at Visual Jazz Isobar, where notable contributions included the VicRoads "Off The Grid" campaign, and at Autumn:01, leading the development of large-scale websites and custom content management systems. McInerney co-founded ThreadSwap and holds a Diploma of Information Technology in Software Development from TAFE NSW.
