Lucy Endel Bassli

Lucy Endel Bassli is a legal advisor at ZENDOC. Lucy has also worked as the Deputy General Counsel of Legal Operations, Contracting and Corporate G&A at Snowflake Computing, Assistant General Counsel, Legal Operations and Contracting at Microsoft, and at InnoLaw Group, PLLC.

At Snowflake Computing, Lucy led the legal support for procurement and developed the legal ops function, including contract management, spend management and eBilling implementation.

At Microsoft, they were responsible for core legal operations functions of records management, contracting and legal procurement. Lucy managed the technology infrastructure utilized across the department, and numerous business processes, based on data and metric-driven outcomes. Lucy was also responsible for the corporate contract management system. Additionally, they provided legal support to Microsoft's global procurement compliance programs and handled procurement contracting. Lucy developed and oversaw the buy-side contract management process across all procurement contracts, NDA's and other spend-related contracts, globally operated by a legal process outsourcer.
