Gio Managadze

Gio Managadze has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and development field. Gio began their career in 2012 as a Lifeguard at Community Pool Service, Inc. In 2013, they joined BEA Enterprises, Inc. as a Web Developer (Full Stack), where they were responsible for managing every element of a Drupal site. In 2014, they took on a Freelance Web Developer role at 4- Ever Fit Inc., developing a website for a company of personal trainers. In 2015, they founded PatrioTees, a start-up to spread love for cultural diversity by creating t-shirts with pockets that have international flag designs. In 2016, they were Co-Founder and CTO, Lead Full Stack Software Engineer at Curu and also founded BarTenders, a company that won the Capstone Business Competition for "The Most Innovative Idea." In 2018, they joined Facebook as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In 2020, they were a Lead Software Engineer and Project Manager at Jobalytics, where they led a team of 6 engineers to build a chrome extension and built an email-based job recommendation service in Python. In 2019, they were Chief Development Officer at Zendrop, where they led a team of 7 developers in building an automated e-commerce platform, growing the platform from 0 to over 230,000 users. Finally, in 2022, they took on a part-time role as a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Osiris Meta-verse, building a blockchain-based meta-verse with NFTs and many games inside of it.

Gio Managadze attended Walter Johnson High School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a High School degree. Gio then attended the Albert Einstein Gymnasium in Bochum from 2006 to 2007. After that, they attended the University of Maryland from 2014 to 2017. In June 2022, Gio obtained a certification in Ethereum and Solidity: The Complete Developer's Guide from Udemy.
