Joy Roy

Joy Roy has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Starting in 2007, Joy worked as an HR Recruiter at Techvedic, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates. In 2009, they joined Serigor Inc as a Technical Recruiter and also took on roles in business development, bench sales, and training and placement. At Pyramid Consulting from 2013 to 2014, Joy worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, handling the full recruitment lifecycle process and managing client relationships. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Delivery Resource at TalentBurst, where they focused on service delivery and process improvement.
