Mathew Stickles has worked in various roles since 2004. Mathew began their career as an Intern for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services in 2004 and then moved on to become a Help Desk Specialist for DSW in 2005. That same year, they also interned at Nationwide Insurance. In 2006, they were employed as a Programmer/Analyst II at OPERS. From 2013 to 2017, Stickles worked as a Consultant at InvestTech Systems Consulting. Afterwards, they worked as a Technology Consulting Manager and Business & Technology Delivery Associate Manager at Accenture from 2017 to 2022. Most recently, Stickles has been employed as a Senior Consultant at Corporate Services Consulting Inc. and a Customer Success Manager at Zengines since 2022.

Mathew Stickles attended DeVry University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.
