Jonas Ouazan

Jonas Ouazan has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Data at Zengo Wallet starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Google, holding the role of Data Science Tech Lead from January 2022 to September 2022, and as a Data Scientist from September 2019 to September 2022. Jonas also worked at Outbrain as a Machine Learning Engineer from February 2019 to September 2019.

Before their time at Google and Outbrain, Jonas worked at Seekube as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched the company's biggest product update and was responsible for the product development process. Jonas held this position from September 2016 to November 2018. Additionally, they briefly served as a Junior Product Manager at Seekube from September 2016 to December 2016.

Earlier in their career, Jonas had internships as a Data Analyst at OXAND in 2015, where they worked in the Oil & Gas Business Unit based in London, and at TechnipFMC in 2014, where they built an automated tool to simplify decision-making processes for planning engineers. Jonas also worked as a Business Consultant at Mines Services from May 2013 to May 2014.

Jonas Ouazan has a strong educational background in the fields of data science, machine learning, and general science. Jonas completed the Data Science & Machine Learning Graduate Program at Israel Tech Challenge in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Msc in General Science & Mining Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy in 2016. Jonas also holds a Bsc in Mathematics and Physics from the same institution, which they completed in 2014. Jonas began their academic journey at Lycée Condorcet, where they completed Classes Préparatoires - MPSI/MP* from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have certifications in Chinese (HSK2) and IELTS (obtained in 2014).
