Paula Weber

Paula Weber has extensive work experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Paula currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Zenith American Solutions, Inc. and previously served as the Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to that, Paula worked as an Account Executive with 23 years of benefits experience at Benefits and Client Relationship Professional. Paula also held various roles at Jaeger & Flynn Associates, Inc., including Agency Partner and Alternative Funding Large Group Account Manager, Vice President Group Service, Assistant Vice President Group Service, and Assistant VP Flexible Benefits. Paula began their career as a Fund Administrator at Upstate NY HERE Insurance & Pension Funds.

Paula Weber earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management between 1985 and 1990. Paula also obtained a BS in Marketing and Psychology during the same period.
