Rachel Vaughan

Rachel Vaughan has a varied work experience spanning different industries. Rachel currently works as a Sales Assistant at Zenith Home Loans, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Partner at Tabor Mortgage Group from October 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they managed a high volume pipeline, interfaced with clients and third-party contacts, and provided customer support for loan approval. Before that, Rachel worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Navy Federal Credit Union from January 2017 to August 2018. Rachel collected and reviewed documentation for mortgage applications, provided updates to members, and resolved issues related to member accounts/loans. Rachel also has experience in customer service and supply chain, having worked as a Customer Service Account Representative at XPO Logistics - Supply Chain from October 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, they have worked as a Sales Representative at Steinway & Sons and has experience as a freelance Translator/Interpreter and an English as a Second Language Instructor. Rachel's early work experience includes roles as a Translator at Cross-Strait Antique Research Development Association and as an English Teacher at King Car Education Foundation.
