Laurie Firestone Siedelman

Laurie Firestone Siedelman, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Organization & People Development at Zenith Insurance Company, leading initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. With extensive experience in learning and development, Laurie has held positions such as Senior Director of Employee Engagement and National Director of Learning & Development at Regal Medical Group, where significant improvements in turnover and leadership effectiveness were achieved. Previously, Laurie coordinated training and career development programs at UCLA, and played a key role in developing an award-winning inclusion program at UCLA Extension. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from San Diego State University.
