Novelia Refinda

Novelia Refinda is an experienced product researcher with a strong background in user experience and design. Currently, at Zenius since July 2021, Novelia conducts user profiling studies, usability evaluations, and market research to enhance product features. Previous roles include product and design work at Atlito, where Novelia collaborated with product managers on concept development and user experience design, as well as mentoring UI/UX students at Kampus Merdeka. Novelia has also served as a user experience researcher at Sayurbox and has hands-on development experience from the Apple Developer Academy. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Creation from BINUS University.
