Ruan Caetano ( He/ Him/ His)

Ruan Caetano has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they began as a Student Researcher at Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto. Ruan also worked as a Student Researcher at CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico in 2013. In 2014, they completed a Summer Internship at Geekie. From 2012 to 2019, they held a variety of roles at AIESEC, including Head of Global Expansions, Talent Attraction, Country Manager, Head of Talent Management, President of Supervisory Board, Leader of Audit Team, Audit Manager, and Operational Unit Coordinator. From 2019 to 2021, they held the roles of HR Business Partner and Talent Partner and People Experience & Analytics and People Partner at Stilingue. In 2021, they began as the Head of People Success at ília and in 2022, they began as the Head of People at Zenklub.

Ruan Caetano has a diverse educational background. Ruan obtained a Business Analytics Specialization from The Wharton School in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bacharelado in Farmácia Industrial from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto between 2011 and 2016, and a Curso Técnico Integrado in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Minas Gerais - IFMG between 2008 and 2011.
