Prior to this, Maggie worked as a Change Communications and Employee Engagement Consultant at Gagen MacDonald from June 2021 to March 2023.

Before that, Maggie held the position of Internal Communications & Brand Leader at Radisson Hotel Group Americas from April 2017 to June 2021. Maggie also worked as an Internal Communications Manager at Caribou Coffee from April 2016 to April 2017 and as a Marketing Manager from February 2015 to April 2016.

In addition, Maggie has experience working at Wells Fargo in various roles such as Integrated Marketing and Communications Consultant from June 2012 to February 2015, Communications Consultant from May 2008 to June 2012, Senior Client Account Analyst from September 2006 to May 2008, Client Account Analyst from October 2005 to August 2006, and Retirement Service Representative from August 2004 to October 2005.
