Emily Brinnand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily is currently working as a Development and Wellbeing Coach at Emily Brinnand Coaching, where they combine their expertise in personal performance coaching and physical health and fitness to create positive change for individuals, employees, and businesses. Earlier in their career, Emily worked as a Producer at The Gate Films, leading productions from pitch stage to completion. Emily developed resilience to stress, effective leadership skills, and the ability to support teams mentally and physically. Additionally, they served as a Music Journalist at the Guardian, pitching and writing their own column to give exposure to Northern UK acts. Emily also worked as a Freelance Broadcast Journalist across multiple radio stations, honing their storytelling skills and ability to work under pressure.

Emily Brinnand has a diverse education history. In 2017, they attended The Coaching Academy and earned a NLP Practitioner degree, focusing on Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement.
