Mark Shoemaker

Mark Shoemaker has worked in the tech industry since 1986. Mark started as a Senior Instructor at Convex Computer Corporation, then moved to IBM Tivoli Software in 1991 as a Senior Instructor / Course Developer. In 2001, they became Manager of Training at Works, Inc. and in 2002, they became Owner of buzzbuy.com. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at Thinkwell as a Software Developer, and then at Zenoss as a Principal Instructor / Course Developer and Staff Instructor / Course Developer.

Mark Shoemaker attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science.
