Ryanne Jones

Ryanne Jones has worked in various roles in the IT field since 2007. Ryanne began their career as a System Administrator at Coeur d'Alene Casino, where they designed and implemented VoIP and supporting network, maintained and upgraded gaming floor servers, and migrated on-prem SharePoint and Exchange to BPOS/Office365. In 2011, they moved to Motricity as an Information Security Analyst, where they reviewed and redefined security policies based on industry standards, audited all changes before and after implementation to ensure they met policies, and wrote and conducted all user information security training. In 2013, they joined Gonzaga University as an Infrastructure Engineer II, Linux, where they solved a data storage performance issue causing loss of appx $3.5 million in revenue annually and deployed Banner ERP in Oracle Cloud and designed HA and DR systems. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Cloud Ops Engineer at Zenoss.

Ryanne Jones attended the University of Phoenix Spokane Campus from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
