As the Head of Quality Management, Angus plays a key role by using a variety of quality management tools and techniques unique to each project. He also continuously seeks out the newest and best techniques to improve Zenpack’s systems.

With more than 13 years of experience, Angus has supervised a team of IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC / QA experts to provide quality processes and solutions. He’s also developed inspection specifications for materials and processes.
