Mireya Aldana

Mireya Aldana has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources and People Operations fields. In 2021, they began their role as People Operations Manager at Zenput, where they serve as the first People Ops Manager in Mexico. Mireya is the point of contact for Mexico employees and international contractors, leading successful implementation of People Ops / HR initiatives and programs, and working closely with the US People Ops team to ensure adoption of consistent Zenput culture across all locations. In 2020, they were the People and Culture Manager at Billpocket, leading and performing all of HR-Admin projects and processes. In 2019, they worked as an Organizational Transformation Consultant at Cliplaboral.com, accomplishing Organizational Transformation in different companies through customized strategies. In 2018, they were the Organizational Culture Chief at Sesajal & Chosen Foods, where they implemented programs such as Awards and Recognition Program, 360 evaluations, Strategic Planning, and High Potentials Detection. In 2017, they were the Innovation Leader at NatureSweet, promoting innovation projects throughout the company by inviting all employees to propose ideas that would improve a process. In 2010, they returned to NatureSweet as the Human Capital Processes Chief and Sustainability Coordinator, designing and implementing the company's Strategic Planning and Deployment, and leading the Corporate Sustainability Strategy for all production sites. In 2009, they began their career as an Assistant to the Sr. HR Director at Herbalife, providing high-level administrative support, preparing executive documents and reports, and organizing HC team meetings.

Mireya Aldana obtained a Post-grad course diploma in Business Finance from ITESO in 2008. Mireya also received a University Degree in Tourism from Universidad de Guadalajara CUCEA between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Instituto de Ciencias between 1997 and 2000, and a Diplôme National du Brevet from Liceo Franco Mexicano in the French section between 1985 and 1997. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling from LinkedIn in August 2019, Using Data Science to Hire Employees from LinkedIn in January 2019, Scrum Master from VMEdu Inc. in May 2018, and International English Language Testing System - General Training from British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English in August 2018.
