Ram Nandagopal has worked in a variety of roles in the customer success and sales industries. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Sales Consultant at TSA Telco Group. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Service Central (Aust) Pty Ltd, where they held the roles of Territory Account Manager and Sales Consultant. In 2015, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at HelpSystems. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Pentana Solutions as a Customer Success Manager (DealerSocket) for the Queensland, New South Wales, New Zealand, and Victoria markets. Ram was responsible for successful onboarding, project management, and training. Currently, they are working at Zenput as a Customer Success Manager for the APAC and EMEA regions. Ram'sresponsibilities include onboarding, project management, training, and managing a portfolio of customers.

Ram Nandagopal began their education in 1994 at Sri Gopal Naidu Higher Secondary School, where they earned their Higher Secondary in Computer Science. In 2003, they graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology. Ram then went on to pursue a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management from RMIT University in 2009. In 2008, they completed their Master of Business in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
