Flemming Blåbjerg

Flemming Blåbjerg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT leadership and digital transformation. Currently serving as Head of Digital Transformation & Compliance and Chief Human Success Officer at Zensai since December 2020, Flemming previously held roles as Specialkonsulent for Office 365 Adoption at Aarhus Universitet and Partner at Bosholdt - IT træning og effektivitet. Notably, Flemming spent over a decade at BioMar as Global IT Director, overseeing IT strategy, governance, and security, as well as the integration of acquired companies into shared IT infrastructure. Additional experience includes participation in IT and financial boards within the Danish Handball Federation and various IT management roles at organizations such as Martin Professional A/S and Columbus IT Partner A/S. Flemming's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in IT and Organization from Aarhus University and management training through the Pathfinder program.
