Gaurav Bhagwat

Gaurav Bhagwat is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Director - M&A at Zensar Technologies since December 2023, Gaurav is responsible for driving inorganic growth through strategic transactions. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy at Tata Communications, where management of corporate development initiatives took place. From January 2013 to March 2022, Gaurav worked as Corporate Development Manager at Persistent Systems, focusing on M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Earlier experience includes a role as Business Analyst at Alcor Advisors Pvt. Ltd., performing valuation analysis and business development support, and as Executive - SME at CRISIL, involved in rating small and medium enterprises. Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
