Ishita Roy

Ishita Roy has extensive experience at Zensar Technologies since December 1999, currently holding the position of Vice President and Global Consumer Services Delivery Head. Roy manages global customers across various consumer services domains, including eCommerce, logistics, and government programs, focusing on enhancing customer experience in a multivendor ecosystem. Previously, as Vice President and Delivery Head for Bangalore ODC, Roy led multi-shore teams with a revenue of approximately 70 million USD and was instrumental in delivering a landmark 100 million USD deal in Asset Management. In an earlier role as Associate Vice President, Roy managed portfolios of over 50 million USD and oversaw a global team, emphasizing talent incubation and developing woman leadership initiatives. Ishita Roy holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Calcutta, complemented by early experience at Tata Consultancy Services in various project management roles.
