Juan Paulo Guzmán Florez

Juan Paulo Guzmán Florez is an experienced project manager and technical expert with a background in network management and IT projects. Currently serving as a Customer Project Manager at Zensar Technologies since July 2022, Juan Paulo leads migrations and technical upgrade projects for Cisco CX Centers, coordinating with consultants and developers for LATAM and USA customers. Prior roles include Project Manager and Network Support Engineer at Gobernación del Cauca, where complex projects and network solutions were managed, alongside teaching computer science at Corporación Universitaria Comfacauca and Fundación Universitaria de Popayán. Juan Paulo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Santiago de Cali and a degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad del Cauca.
