Jacek Szymonik

Jacek Szymonik is a Senior Software Developer at Zenseact since January 2020, focusing on the development and enhancement of sensor fusion and target tracking algorithms for Autonomous Driving and Advanced Driver Assistance System features. Previously, Jacek served as a Development Engineer at AVL Software and Functions GmbH, where responsibilities included creating algorithms for battery management systems and conducting software testing in Matlab/Simulink. Upon starting a career at PIT-RADWAR as a Software Developer, Jacek contributed to filter bank design for object tracking and projectile motion modeling. Jacek holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Military University of Technology, alongside a Master's in Automation and Robotics, an Erasmus degree in Telecommunications Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Pattern Recognition and Image Processing from the same institution.
