Bailey McIntyre

Bailey McIntyre is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Engineering Team Lead at Zensurance since February 2023, Bailey manages the Accounts Tooling and Automation Team, focusing on improving critical aspects of the insurance lifecycle through software solutions. Prior experience includes leading the core editor product development at BioRender and overseeing a team of developers while contributing to cross-company projects. At Venngage, Bailey held various roles, including Software Architect, where high-quality, scalable solutions were designed, and led teams in effective project completion. Earlier experience also includes developing a customer feedback acquisition service at Kwirk.
