Nicola Ammer

Nicola Ammer has extensive experience in clinical development and project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Head of Clinical Development at AEterna Zentaris Inc. since March 2015, Nicola has also held the position of Clinical Program Director. Prior experience includes leading European Business Development Operations and serving as Director of Clinical Operations General at Pierrel Research from June 2010 to April 2013. Earlier roles at Pierrel Research from 2008 to 2010 involved overseeing Medical Services and Medical Writing. Nicola holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Pharmaceutical Medicine from 2007 to 2009 and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Geriatric Psychiatry, earned from the University of Münster between 2003 and 2004.
