Patricia Z. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patricia started their career in 1999 at Palmetto Lubes Inc. as a Book Keeper and Executive Assistant, where they handled human resource tasks and payroll processing. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Hagemeyer North America, Inc. as an Executive Assistant and Event Planner, providing support to several vice presidents and managing contracts and proposals. In 2011, they joined AAIPharma Services Corp. as a Manager of Client Relations, responsible for overseeing client relations systems and training employees. Patricia also served as an Executive Assistant to the Site Director and later moved to Wilmington, NC to start a division for Client Relations Management at AAIPharma Services. In 2015, they briefly worked as an Executive Assistant at Reyes Beverage Group, representing the president and managing office operations. Currently, they are the Director of Administrative Services & HR (US) at AEterna Zentaris Inc., where they manage the day-to-day operations of the office and serves as the Human Resource Director for the US and Canada. Throughout their career, Patricia Z. has gained extensive experience in administrative support, client relations, event planning, and human resources management.

Patricia Z. began their education in 2010, attending Capernaum Ltd, trading as Alison, where they obtained a Microsoft certification in Microsoft Certifications in 2011. Patricia then pursued further education at the same institution from 2016 to 2017, studying Business Management and Legal Studies. Patricia Z. also obtained additional certifications in Microsoft Digital Literacy in July 2017, Microsoft Outlook 2003 in February 2011, and Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 in January 2011, all from Alison - Free Online Learning.
