Mala Kalra

Mala Kalra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mala started their career in 2012 as a QA Analyst at NTT DATA Americas, where they worked for two years. In 2014, they joined STI Technologies Limited as a QA Lead before eventually becoming a Quality Assurance Manager in 2016. Mala then moved on to Nova Scotia Power in 2016 as a Quality Assurance Lead and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Manager- Product Testing at Zentility, starting in September 2020. Mala has a strong background in quality assurance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Mala Kalra completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at the University of Rajasthan from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became ISTQB-ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) through the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2014, they obtained the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certification from Oracle. Mala further expanded their expertise in software testing by earning the CTFL-AT (Foundation Level Agile Tester Extension) certification from the ISTQB in July 2015. Lastly, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2015.
