Doug Fearon has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Doug started their career at Yoh in 1987, where they held various leadership positions, eventually starting up a Clinical Research Staffing Unit. Doug then worked as the Vice President of the Scientific and Clinical Research Division at Judge Technical Services and later as the Director of Clinical Research Operations at Kelly Scientific Resources.
In 2007, Fearon became the Managing Director of The Rosen Group, a Human Resource Staffing Firm, where they focused on fostering sustainable growth and developing client relationships. Doug then served as the Strategic Business Partner - HR Director at CDI Engineering Solutions, where they executed HR strategies for three business units.
Fearon also held the role of Vice President at Valesta Clinical Research Solutions, where they led the strategic vision and general management of the company. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive in the Consulting Practice.
Most recently, Fearon has been working at Javan Engineering as the Director of Staffing Services, where they focused on hiring employees to provide engineering and design services to clients. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Human Resources - Strategic Business Partner at Zentis North America, where they provide strategic leadership in the area of Human Resources and oversees HR functions for US supporting organizations.
Doug Fearon attended Gettysburg College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a BA in Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Doug later pursued an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy at Rowan University from 1992 to 1997.
