Barbara Scotto has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. BARBARA currently works for ZENVIA as the Gerente de Planejamento Estratégico, Clima e Cultura e Talent Management. In this role, they lead a team of specialists focused on culture, climate, talent management, corporate rituals, people analytics, and strategic planning. BARBARA has implemented a goals cascading plan for senior leadership and a weekly KPI tracking model for improved organizational management.

Prior to ZENVIA, Barbara worked at iFood as the Head of Commercial Planning. There, they oversaw a team of 40 people and was responsible for sales operations, trade marketing, go-to-market strategy, and business intelligence. BARBARA successfully built a BI team, implemented data automation processes, and tested a new curated restaurant model that improved meal voucher acceptance and increased order expectations.

Before iFood, Barbara worked at Loggi in two different roles. As the Operation Intelligence Manager, they led a team of 15 people responsible for continuous improvement, training, BI, innovation, and new features rollouts in the Last Mile operation. BARBARA also worked as the Community Manager, overseeing client experience and quality, NPS, and contingency for drivers and logistics operators. BARBARA implemented drivers engagement campaigns, improved NPS scores, and executed quality protocols for drivers.

Barbara's earlier work experience includes roles at ALD Automotive Brasil as the Business Intelligence Manager, FP&A and Pricing Manager, and Pricing Coordinator. BARBARA oversaw data analytics and database management, led data integration system contracts, and executed data quality projects. BARBARA also worked at ALD Automotive Perú, where they served as a financial and project management consultant, improving operational margins and supporting financial and pricing processes.

Additionally, Barbara has worked at Time for Fun - T4F Entretenimento S/A as an Operation Business Controller and Trainee | Project Analyst, at Maria Bombom as a Co-founder, at HVS as an Asset Management Analyst, and at Centro Universitário Senac as an Administrative Assistant and Intern.

Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on data-driven decision making. BARBARA has successfully implemented process improvements, developed effective teams, and achieved positive outcomes in various areas of responsibility.

From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from Centro Universitário Senac. Simultaneously, from 2005 to 2010, they studied Tourism at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and obtained a Bachelor's degree.

In 2013 and 2014, Barbara Scotto attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa to earn a Certificate in Financial Management, specializing in Finance.

In 2015, they pursued a course in Leadership for Young Talent, known as GVPEC, at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
