Cássio Machado has a diverse work experience in various roles. Cássio started their career as an Estagiário de TI at SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial, where they were responsible for computer maintenance, hardware and software installation, and user support.
Cássio then moved on to HBSIS, where they worked as an Assistente de Suporte, Analyst de Suporte Júnior, Analyst de Suporte Pleno, and Analyst de negócios. In these roles, they handled complex support requests, analyzed system errors, and provided training and communication to the support team.
Later, Cássio joined Movidesk as an Implementation Success Coordinator, Business Consultant, Customer Success Manager, and Implementation Success Manager. Cássio played a key role in coordinating successful implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Currently, Cássio is working at ZENVIA as a Customer Success Coordinator.
Cássio Machado began their education in the field of Technology Information by earning a degree in Software Development from CEDUP Hermann Hering between 2011 and 2014. In 2012, they also briefly attended UNIASSELVI to further their knowledge in the same field. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Technologist degree in IT Management from Senac Santa Catarina.
