Cátia Hofelmann has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Cátia started their career at ContaAzul in 2013 as a Support Analyst and then took on roles such as Customer Success and Ouvidoria, where they managed the Ombudsman and achieved the RA1000 seal in Reclame Aqui. Cátia joined CredPago as a Customer Success Analyst in 2019 before moving on to Gofind in 2020, where they served as a Customer Success Analyst. In this role, they focused on key account management, presenting products to clients, optimizing engagement, and preventing churn. Currently, they hold the position of Sênior Customer Success Analyst at ZENVIA, where they manage a key account customer portfolio and contributes to strategic operations and metric improvements.
