Cristiano Franco is CPaaS chief revenue officer, having been with us since 2021 when he started his career at Zenvia as Business Line Director (BLO), with a proven track record in improving P&L and service repositioning, more than 20 years of experience in several business segments and large projects in the Technology, IT, Telecommunications and Education sectors, including 3 years professionally outside of Brazil. Mr. Franco holds a degree in Electrical Eng. & Computer Science from USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and post-graduate degree in Data Communication and Telecom from UFPE (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco) as well as MBA in Business Administration and Digital Strategies for Business from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and Columbia Business School respectively.
