Dhiogo Soares

Dhiogo Soares has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an IT Support Intern at the Porto Alegre Municipal Government in Brazil. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Nelogica, where they served as a Customer Support Specialist. Dhiogo'sresponsibilities included providing customer support via various channels and analyzing technical issues raised by the support team. Additionally, they assisted in training new agents and shared their knowledge and experiences through internal support. In 2022, Dhiogo joined ZENVIA as a Junior Data Analyst. In this role, they provide support to the Tech Team's Education cell, assisting in coaching and creating educational content for the team's technical development. Dhiogo also contributes to onboarding new agents. Additionally, they currently hold the position of Customer Service Analyst at ZENVIA.

Dhiogo Soares has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer programming and systems analysis. In 2018, they attended QI Escola Técnica e Faculdade and obtained a technical diploma in Informatics. From 2019 to 2024, Dhiogo studied at FADERGS, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development. During this time, they gained a strong foundation in the field. In 2023, they furthered their education by attending Universidade La Salle, where they focused on Computer Programming and Systems Development, ultimately obtaining a degree in Systems Analysis and Development.

In addition to their formal education, Dhiogo also obtained certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In July 2023, they completed a course on "SQL Server: advanced queries with Microsoft SQL Server 2017" offered by Alura. In March 2023, they completed two courses on "Nonviolent Communication" with Alura: "Part 2: Maintaining Empathy" and "Consciousness to Act." These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of computer programming and communication.
