Fernanda Favero has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Fernanda began their career as an Analista de Microinformática Junior at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings in 1999. Fernanda later worked at Taterka Comunicações as an Administradora de Redes from 2002 to 2008. Fernanda then joined Farmasa as an Administradora de Redes Senior, where they focused on improving the technological infrastructure and managing the Service Desk.

In 2008, they transitioned to a role at Allis as an Administradora de Redes Senior. Here, they coordinated Helpdesk activities, managed technical server and network administrators, and implemented new software and hardware within the company's platforms.

From 2009 to 2012, Fernanda worked at ONLINE GROUP - APPLICATIONS & DATA CLOUD. Fernanda served as an Arquiteta de Soluções de TI, leading the conception of innovative IT solutions in collaboration with the Commercial department. In 2013, Fernanda briefly worked as a Gerente de Projetos de TI at the same company before taking a voluntary sabbatical period from 2019 to 2020. During this time, they dedicated herself to studying the transformations in the technology and corporate environments, focusing on human and cultural factors that drive innovation.

In 2021, Fernanda joined GLOBAL HITSS as a Consultora de TI, participating in a Digital Transformation project for the LGPD Tower in Claro. Fernanda'srole involved understanding current processes, mapping value deliveries, and driving operational efficiency and financial results.

Later in 2021, they joined SulAmérica as an Estrategista Digital. In this position, they played a crucial role in managing value deliveries and digitizing processes through the application of Agile in Scale (RTE).

Most recently, Fernanda is slated to join ZENVIA in 2023 as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). Fernanda'sprimary focus will be on facilitating processes, driving continuous development, risk management, and impediment handling to ensure incremental and synchronized deliveries across various areas.

Fernanda Favero's education history starts in 1996 when they attended FITO - Fundação Instituto Tecnológico de Osasco. Fernanda completed a technical course in Processamento de Dados and graduated in 1999. In 2000, Fernanda enrolled at Centro Universitário FIEO and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação, which they completed in 2004.

In 2006 and 2007, Fernanda pursued a Post-Graduation in Gestão em Redes de Computadores at FIAP. Fernanda then enrolled at American College Dublin in 2008 for an English course.

In 2011, Fernanda joined FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a Post-Graduation program in Gestão de Projetos, which they completed in the same year.

From 2018 to 2019, Fernanda attended Echos Desirable Futures Lab and specialized in Design Thinking, focusing on innovation. In 2019, they also completed a Service Design Experience program at the same institute.

In 2020, Fernanda continued their education at FIAP, where they completed two courses related to innovation: Psicologia da Inovação - O que está por trás da capacidade de inovar and SCRUM com Lego – Fundamentos e Práticas.

In 2020 and 2021, Fernanda pursued an MBA in Digital Business with a focus on Digital Transformation and Technology at FIAP.

Most recently, in 2022, Fernanda attended Tera and completed a program in Digital Product Leadership, though the field of study is not specified.
