Hermann Heinen

Hermann Heinen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Hermann started their career at Plug-In in 2008 as an Analista de Suporte before moving to UOLDIVEO in 2009 to work in the same role. In 2011, they joined Neogrid as an Analista de Implantação, and over the years, they progressed to the role of Product Owner Sr, where they were responsible for the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Neogrid product. Their responsibilities included understanding stakeholder needs, maintaining the product backlog, and supporting the development team to ensure quality deliverables. In 2022, Hermann joined ZENVIA as a Product Owner.
