Patrícia Freire

Patrícia Freire's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2022, they worked as a UX Writer Jr - Design de Diálogos at ZENVIA, where they created conversational flows for a chatbot with NLU (IA) and was responsible for defining the tone and voice with inclusive and accessible language. Patrícia also conducted usability tests for the flows. Prior to that, they worked at Gran Cursos Online as a Copywriter Pleno from August 2021 to February 2022, a Copywriter Junior from August 2020 to August 2021, and a Redatora from August 2019 to August 2020. In 2017, they were an Analista de comunicação digital at Presidência da República from December 2017 to September 2018, and from 2015 to 2016, they served as an Assessor de imprensa at Governo do Distrito Federal from February 2015 to August 2016.

Patrícia Freire completed their undergraduate studies in Communication from Estácio, where they obtained their degree from 2009 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved the following:
