Roberto Guedes Furlan's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Roberto started their career as a Designer at São Paulo Criação from 2009 to 2011. Roberto then joined Três Design as a Partner & Developer, where they managed and trained small teams in new technologies and met project deadlines from 2011 to 2020. As a Freelancer from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Full-stack Developer, providing clear development direction, consulting, and coding software for agencies and companies. Currently, they are working as a Back End Developer at ZENVIA since November 2021, leading technical squads in the Consulting department and aligning technical solutions with clients using the Scrum methodology.
