Rowan Romeiro

Rowan Romeiro has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Philosophy Teacher at CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. From 2016 to present, they have worked as a Mixed Media Artist, specializing in painting, collage, fine-art photography, and videomaking.

In 2017, Rowan Romeiro also worked as a Research Intern and later as a Communications Assistant and Film Curator at Universidade Federal de Pelotas. They curated films, produced promotional material, managed people and communication, and contacted audiovisual producers.

In 2019, they worked as an Audiovisual Communication professional at Hospital Escola UFPEL/EBSERH. They were responsible for audiovisual communication within the hospital.

In 2020, Rowan Romeiro worked as a Customer Success Analyst at CARUPI, managing customer onboarding and support processes. They also monitored key indicators and portfolio control.

From 2021 to 2022, they worked as Customer Excellence at 180° Seguros, responding to requests, managing B2B customer portfolios, and supporting process improvement projects. They also used the Scrum methodology for project management.

In 2022, Rowan Romeiro worked as a Product Design Assistant at Movidesk, contributing to surveying, designing product improvements, and participating in the interview process with customers.

Currently, Rowan Romeiro is a UX Researcher at ZENVIA, responsible for researching user needs and behaviors, analyzing data, facilitating user testing sessions, and providing recommendations to inform product decisions.

Rowan Romeiro's education history is as follows:

Rowan obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a specialization in Trends & Foresight from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. This degree was obtained from 2022 to 2023.

Prior to the MBA, Rowan completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Film & Audiovisual from Universidade Federal de Pelotas. This degree was obtained from 2016 to 2019.

Before the BA, Rowan pursued a Licentiate degree in Philosophy from Universidade Federal do Tocantins. This degree was completed from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to the formal education, Rowan has obtained several certifications. These include UI Design, UX Design, UX Design Expandido, and UX Research & Strategy from TheStarter. These certifications were obtained in 2022. Rowan also obtained the Digital Product Leadership certification from Tera in 2022. Furthermore, Rowan obtained the Entreolhares Arte e Algoritmo certification from Itaú Cultural in 2020.
