Vivian Akutsu

Vivian Akutsu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2005, they served as a Secretária de escritório at Escola Estadual Giulio David Leone for the entire year. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Recepcionista at Provet - Medicina Veterinária Diagnóstica. Following this, they transitioned to the role of Caixa at the same company from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined lojao da avenida (Loja de materiais para Construção) as a Caixa until July 2011. Vivian then joined GreenvegS Agropecuaria as an Auxiliar administrativo from August 2011 to October 2012. From April 2013 to July 2021, they served as an Auxiliar administrativo at Duratex. Most recently, they have been working at ZENVIA since August 2021 as a Quality Assurance Analyst, progressing to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst Pleno in March 2023.

Vivian Akutsu is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Analyze and Systems Development at Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP, with an expected completion date in 2024. Prior to this, they studied Business Administration with a focus on Foreign Trade at Universidade Paulista.

In addition to their formal education, Vivian has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Vivian completed courses such as "HTTP: Understanding the Web Underneath" and "Robot Framework: Automating BDD Pattern Tests" at Alura in 2023. In 2022, they completed courses on "OKR: Building Agile Methods" and "Communication Assertiveness: Reducing Conflicts and Frustrations," also at Alura. Vivian further expanded their expertise by completing a certification on "Adaptable Professional: Emotional Intelligence, Personal Finance, and Leadership" from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
