Matt Golino has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 with Camp Sequassen as the Ecology Program Area Director. In 2014, they worked as a Software Development Intern at Gartner, followed by another internship at SapientNitro as a Mobile Development Intern in 2015. In the same year, they returned to Gartner as a Software Development Intern. From 2016 to 2018, Matt worked at General Motors as a Software Engineer, specializing in Full Stack and Front End/UI. In 2018, they joined the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Master's Student in Human-Computer Interaction, completing their studies in 2020. Matt also gained industry experience as a Virtual Reality UX Design Intern at Google in 2019. The same year, they founded ZenVR and serves as the Founder and CEO.

Matt Golino completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human-Computer Interaction (MS-HCI) from Georgia Tech, which they completed in 2020. Their educational background primarily focused on computer engineering and human-computer interaction.
