Nduku Malombe, PHR has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at ITDG Kenya. Nduku then moved on to become a Team Leader at Meijer from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they worked as Human Resources and Admin at the African Wildlife Foundation from 2007 to 2009. Nduku then became an Human Resources Manager at Travisa, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. After that, they were a Global Human Resources Manager at the German Marshall Fund of the United States from 2011 to 2013. Nduku then moved on to become a Human Resources Business Partner at Plan International from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the American Institutes for Research from 2015 to 2016. Nduku then became a Senior Manager, Business Partners at Population Services International from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Global Human Resources at Medical Care Development (MCD) Inc. since 2017 and will become the Chief People Officer at Zenysis Technologies starting in 2022.

Nduku Malombe, PHR has a diverse education history. Nduku obtained their Masters in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University - College of Business and Management between 2003 and 2005. Before that, they obtained their BBA in Marketing from Catholic University between 1995 and 1999. Nduku Malombe, PHR also attended Alliance Girls, though they did not obtain a degree. In addition, they hold two certifications: a Certified Team Foundations Coach from WBECS 9th, obtained in January 2022, and a Certified Culture Facilitator from Veritas Culture, obtained in September 2021.
