Michael Bellio has a strong background in research and manufacturing within the field of regenerative medicine. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Research and Manufacturing at Organicell Regenerative Medicine, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Laboratory Director at the same company starting in January 2020. Before joining Organicell, they worked as an Assistant Scientist at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from April 2019 to April 2020. Michael also gained valuable experience as a Post Doctoral Scientist at the Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute from February 2017 to April 2019. Michael began their career as a Graduate Student at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, where they studied from July 2010 to December 2016.
Michael Bellio earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Sacred Heart University from 2006 to 2010. Michael then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine from 2010 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in the Basics of Extracellular Vesicles from Coursera in December 2018.
