Shari Lotz

Shari Lotz has over three decades of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Shari has held various executive positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Zep Inc. and TK Elevator NA. Additionally, they have served on the boards of TRC Staffing Services, Inc., Lenbrook, and Society for Human Resources Management - Atlanta. Lotz has demonstrated expertise in HR transformation, labor relations, organizational strategy, and crisis management. Their career also includes roles at companies such as Equifax, The Coca-Cola Company, Levi Strauss & Co, Mead Containerboard, and National Linen Service.

Shari Lotz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Sciences from Georgia State University in 1993. Shari then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, graduating in 1996. Shari also holds additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources obtained in 1996, the Global Professional in Human Resources obtained in 2011, and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional obtained in 2012.
