Kimberly Resendez

Kimberly Resendez, MBA, currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Zepf Center, where career progression includes roles as Senior Director of Operations and Medical Practice Administrator since 2016. Prior to this, Kimberly worked at Mercy Health from 2011 to 2016 in various positions, including Portfolio and Contract Intake Manager and Performance Manager. Earlier experience at Mercy Health Partners from 2006 to 2010 included the role of Project Services Business Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and e-Commerce, both obtained from The University of Toledo.
