Alicia G Andrews, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Alicia G is currently working at Zepher as an NPI Intake Project Manager since April 2021, where they are responsible for managing project intake processes. Prior to this role, they worked as a Technical Estimating Coordinator at Zepher from October 2019 to April 2021.

Before their time at Zepher, Alicia worked at Sococo, Inc. as a Project Manager from August 2016 to October 2019. In this role, they served as a Project Manager and ScrumMaster for the Dev, QA, and DevOps team. Alicia G was responsible for task management in JIRA, sprint ceremonies, and communication with the executive team. Alicia G also assisted the Customer Support Team with process improvements and organization of the Zendesk support ticket system.

From December 2014 to February 2017, Alicia worked at Bell Design Company as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they collaborated with the executive team to revise and format the company's Statement of Qualification and Project Proposal. Alicia G also handled social media marketing, created marketing collateral, and organized internal document storage. Additionally, they created and published an employee policy handbook.

Alicia gained experience in project management at Insitu, Inc. where they worked as a Software Project Manager from June 2011 to December 2012. Alicia G managed projects for the ScanEagle and Integrator Program Offices, serving as a ScrumMaster for multiple teams. Alicia G also held the role of a Technical Project Specialist at Insitu, Inc. from November 2008 to June 2011, where they managed floorplan modifications and facilitated onboarding processes.

Prior to their time at Insitu, Inc., Alicia served as the Project Development Director at Bambinos International Learning Center for a brief period in 2008. In this role, they created procedures, managed the center's routine, trained employees, and handled accounting tasks. Alicia G also managed the Nanny Service, coordinating events and processing payroll and invoices.

From September 2004 to July 2007, Alicia worked as an Office Manager at Bambinos Bilingual Learning Center. Their responsibilities included payroll preparation, customer invoicing, account reconciliation, file auditing, and communication with staff, parents, and the director.

Alicia has also owned and operated two businesses in the past. From June 1996 to May 2003, they were the Owner/Operator of Loafers Old World Bakery, where they handled various accounting tasks, managed employees, and ran wholesale and retail bakeries. Alicia G also owned and operated The Creamery from July 1996 to July 2000, overseeing all aspects of the business from site selection to staff hiring.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Alicia gained valuable experience as a Hostess Trainer at Newport Bay Restaurants from 1994 to 1995. Alicia G managed front desk operations and trained new staff members.

Alicia's career started with a prestigious opportunity at Walt Disney World, where they worked as a Cast Member from September 1993 to January 1994. Alicia G was selected out of 10,000 applicants and underwent extensive training in customer service and the business philosophies of The Disney Company.

Throughout their career, Alicia has demonstrated their project management skills and ability to handle diverse responsibilities, making their a valuable asset in various industries.

Alicia G Andrews, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics with a concentration in Management from George Fox University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Mousters Degree in Business from Disney University in 1994. Additionally, Alicia has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Alicia G became a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist in Office Outlook 2007 from Microsoft Corporation in March 2010. In December 2009, they obtained the AS9100: Internal Auditor certification from Insitu. Alicia also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they acquired in November 2020. In November 2012, they obtained the Certified Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, and in May 2011, they became a Certified Scrum Master, also from Scrum Alliance.
