Chris Kay has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2019. Chris began their career at Blount International, Inc., where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer, managing numerous production equipment and processes to optimize capacity and efficiency. Chris also implemented new equipment and technology projects, while identifying and resolving production quality issues. Chris then transitioned into the role of Machine Design Engineer, specializing in custom equipment solutions that incorporated servo motion, machine vision, and robotic technologies. During this time, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve automation project goals.

In 2016, Chris joined Tosoh Quartz as a Product Engineer, where they contributed to the development and improvement of their products.

From 2017 to 2019, Chris worked at Outside Van as a Production Engineer. In this role, they played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the engineering department.
