Rebecca Michael

Rebecca Michael possesses extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Zepto since August 2021, following roles as Senior People & Business Partner and People Operations Manager. Prior to Zepto, Rebecca worked at Forum Group as People and Culture Manager and held similar positions at BridgeClimb Sydney. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Uniting (NSW.ACT) as Human Resources Business Partner, where Rebecca led the implementation of the Local Area Coordination Transition Service for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, along with roles as Human Resources Officer and Administrator. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Macquarie University.
